Who am I?

In January 2024, I attended my first birth. To witness the emergence of a brand new human into the world filled me with reverence for the birthing body. Since then, I have had more opportunities to witness birth and every time the mystical becoming of one body into two brings awe into my heart.

I can point mothers to many resources as well as being information resource myself. I support partners in their questions and need for rest or time away. I have a toolbox of comfort measures as well as simply making space for the mom to express herself. I am here to witness new life with you.

I also offer support for new parents in the form of overnight postpartum doula work. Sleep is essential for emotion regulation, and the sleep of new parents is especially precious due to the breadth of their new responsibilities. Our babies deserve our best selves and I strive to enable parents to rest, one of our body's most essential and necessary functions.
